SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY

We charge a flat rate of £2.99 (inclusive of VAT) for all retail/consumer orders.

Orders over £50.00 are sent delivery free.

Orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service with tracking information

In the event of a failed delivery your parcel will be returned to Fresh Face & Body as undeliverable. Should your parcel be returned to us, there will be a further delivery charge to re-send your order.

During the lead up to, and after holiday periods parcel delivery may slow down or be delayed, so please bear this in mind if you are placing an order just before Christmas, or near to a Bank Holiday period (please note we are closed from the Christmas to New Year holiday period, inclusive).

Orders placed during this period will not be dispatched until after the first working day, following the finish of a holiday period.

1. Only Products purchased on the www.freshfaceandbody.co.uk website can be returned to us for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
2. Should you make an error when ordering online, Fresh Face and Body will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
3. All Products must be returned to: Fresh Face and Body - 1 Seale Hayne, Newton Abbot, TQ136NQ. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Fresh Face and Body. The shipping charge will be payable if the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount.

4. Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Fresh Face and Body will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

5. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt for Fresh Face and Body to process any refund or exchange. Please contact hellofreshfaceuk@gmail.com advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Fresh Face and Body staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.

6. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Fresh Face and Body. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

7. We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
